Antioxidants May Prevent Childhood Asthma
A source suggests that there may be a new way to help children who are subjected to the dangers of second hand tobacco smoke. In these cases, supplementation was associated with an enormous 50% reduction in asthma prevalence. These results seem to indicate that supplementing your child's diet with Selenium, as well as with vitamin C and beta-carotene is an excellent way to protect them against the damaging effects that second hand smoke can have on their growing lungs.
